Can I place an item on layaway?
Yes. on certain occassions we can hold and item for a specific period. A 25% down payment must be placed. We can hold a item up to 3 months.
Unfortunately, you cannot please everyone...
My one (1) negative review was due to a person who wanted something for nothing. This person wanted a TOTAL refund for something that was in MINT CONDITION and UNOPENED. My toys are my babies; I take good care of them! I offered a FULL refund if he would return item in the same condition. This person never returned the item and then gave me a negative feedback; demanding ALL money refunded without returning anything. Do you think this is fair?
